The Linden Civic Association is a diverse neighborhood community of nearly 500 households located just north of downtown Silver Spring, Maryland.

We are concerned with the issues that affect our neighborhood, act as liaison between our community and Silver Spring and Montgomery County officials, and promote a sense of community through our social activities. We're actively involved in several key issues that our neighborhood is facing:

• National Park Seminary Development
• Traffic and pedestrian safety
• Infrastructure improvements such as the pedestrian bridge, sidewalks and curbs in the neighborhood
• Beautification efforts in Montgomery Hills Park, the traffic triangle and general cleanup of the streets and greenscapes in the neighborhood

We are building a stronger sense of community through social events such as our annual Easter Egg Hunt and the fall picnic.
